Warranty Information

Linogy provides a 12-month limited warranty from the purchase date for products bought onlinogy.com. We will, at our discretion, replace the product or issue a full refund for verifiedquality-related defects (return shipping covered). 1. What's Covered

Defects in materials or workmanship under regular use.

2. Exclusions (Warranty Does Not Apply To):

- No valid proof of purchase.
- Misuse or improper installation; use of faulty components; electrostatic discharge; self-inflicted damage or user error; negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications (e.g. soldering/altering during assembly).
- Normal wear and tear.
- Exposure to harsh environments (e.g., water immersion, overhheating, repeated thermal cycling)
- Lost, stolen, or intentionally damaged products.
- Incorrect product purchased.
- Free or promotional products.

3. How to Make a Claim

Contact support@linogy.com with order proof and a short video/photo showing the issue. We may provide troubleshooting first. Approved claims receive a replacement or refund. Replacement products carry the remaining warranty of the original item.

4. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linogy is not liable for indireect or consequential damages.This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have otherrights that vary by state/country.This warranty does not affect your legal rights in accordance withthe laws and provisions of yourcountry or region. The terms specified in this warranty should bee executed to the extent permitted bythe laws of your country or region. When the warranty period of tthis policy is not sufficient to coverthe scope of the law in your country or region, your local laws shall prevail.
