Thank you for choosing Linogy. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 12-month warranty starting from the purchase date. This warranty covers all quality-related issues, with either a replacement product or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Warranty Coverage
- Valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
- Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- We will provide replacement or full refund, including return shipping, for verified quality issues.
- Replacement products will carry the remaining warranty period of the original product.
Exclusions (Warranty Does Not Apply To):
- Products without valid proof of purchase.
- Damage caused by misuse, including but not limited to:
Improper installation.
Use of faulty components (including electrostatic discharge).
Self-inflicted damage or user error.
Negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications (e.g., soldering or altering during assembly).
- Normal wear and tear.
- Exposure to harsh environmental conditions, including rain, water immersion, overheating, or repeated thermal cycling.
- Products lost, stolen, or intentionally damaged.

- Free or promotional products.
