Return Policy

At Linogy, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the following return policy.

1. Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product quality issue, Linogy will cover the return shipping costs.- If the return is due to other reasons, the customer will be responsible forthe shipping fees. Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Ordered the wrong product model or size.
- Change your mind or no longer need the product.
- Entered the wrong shipping address.
- Refused delivery for reasons unrelated to product quality.
- You exercise your statutory cancellation right (UK & EU: 14 days upon receipt).

3. Refund Method

- Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method. Transfers to other bank cards oraccounts are not supported.
- Refunds will generally be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect yourreturn.
- Please note, depending on your bank or payment provider, itmay take an additional 10-15 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Condition of Returns

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Unauthorizedreturns may be refused.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@linogy.com with your order details and reason for return. If your product has a quality issue, please include photos or videos showing the problem to help us process your case faster.
