Return Policy

At Linogy, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the following return policy.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product quality issue, Linogy will cover the return shipping costs.- If the return is due to other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees. Examples include (but are not limited to):
 - Ordered the wrong product model or size.
 - Changed your mind or no longer need the product.
 - Entered the wrong shipping address.
 - Refused delivery for reasons unrelated to product quality.

Refund Method

- Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method. Transfers to other bank cards or accounts are not supported.
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Please note, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 10–15 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Requirements

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
